N States of America

Great article, again from the Slate, on how the American flag would change with the addition of Puerto Rico (and the hypothetical addition of ten, twenty, even thirty more states).

I’m not a fan of the Wyoming solution, I think if we get to an “unattractive” number of states we should take a cue from our European cousins and have accession in waves.
